Cabins sleep 4 and have 1 full-size bed, 1 set of bunk beds in
same room, small refrigerator, heat, and a small table with 2 stools
in the same room. Picnic table and fire ring located outside. There
are restrooms, showers, and dishwashing station nearby. Linens not
provided. $50.00 security deposit (valid cc) required at check-in.
2-night minimum.
Cottages (photos above, center and
right): Cottages
sleep 6 and have a full size, or queen size bed, with 2 sets of bunk
beds in a separate room, full private bathroom with shower, fully
equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stove top, microwave,
coffee pot, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, table with
chairs, A/C and heat. Picnic table and fire ring are located
outside. Linens not provided. $100.00 security deposit (valid cc)
required at check-in. 2-night minimum. |

Reservations and Deposits |
|
Reservations are encouraged and accepted for stays of 2 or more
nights. Two night minimum stay on
weekends. Three or four night minimum stay on holidays. We accept
reservations for specific rental units, but we reserve the right to
make substitutions if needed. All reservations require a deposit for
confirmation. Deposits are due at time of reservation. We accept
cash, checks (30 days in advance only), MC, or VISA for deposits. A
2-night stay requires a 1-night deposit; stays of 3 or more nights
and all holidays require a 2-night deposit. Credit cards charged at
time of reservation for the deposit. Cash or credit card accepted
for balance due at time of check-in. Any reservation without a
deposit after 7 days will be canceled without further notice. At
check-in, cabins and cottages require a security deposit via credit
card refundable within 24 hours of check-out as a credit to the
card. Deposits are not transferable. |

Cabin & Cottage Cancellation Policy |
|
30 day
advance notice prior to arrival: Full refund less $10.00 handing fee
or full credit. Less than 30 days no refund. The fun
continues rain or shine. We cannot be
held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, early
departure, or other situations; therefore, our cancellation policy
is enforced regardless of circumstance. No refunds for eviction.

Guests
are always welcome. Please inform your visitors that they must stop
to register and pay the appropriate fee. Visitors must leave the
campground by 10:00PM. Additional fee due if visitor stays
overnight.
Visitor fee (age 6 and up): $3.00 per person / $5.00 per person on
Holidays. |
